GeoIP Plugin

If this is the case in geoip plugin of MAM +6

$preferred_databases = array('GeoLite2-City.mmdb', 'GeoLite2-Country.mmdb', 'geoip.mmdb');

Then why is there only one offline database? (geoip.mmdb)

where is GeoLite2-City.mmdb and GeoLite2-Country.mmdb ?

Is the GeoIP plugin half done or complete ?
