Sry, but you can't add a headicon on your players with manuadminmod. You can only manage the server with MAM.
What you need is a Coder for QuakeC (CoD Server Mods).Last but not least: Don't try to clone our server features. Duffman spend a lot of time to write these plugins. And we won't share these plugins/features
