Hi team MAM
need when the player is connected PM rules server showed for player after welcomemessages
and the text showed delayed player has to choose custom class

add a serverrules plugin by AUTHOR: David N. aka SAC|Peperoni, but it is not working as it should

good idea to use the service in the geoip plugin http://freegeoip.net/
but if the service is unavailable then the plugin will not work

I set a variable "//" in the rows where the errors in the file geoipcity.inc on line 130,131,209(open file geoipcity.inc notepad++ v.6.5.3.):
