yea, that's a bug of the cod4x files. It's fixed in 1.0.0
with Beta6 the MAM autodetects the codx aka iceops files and fixes the bug

Atm mw2 isn't supported. Some time ago we supported mw2, but after alterIWnet died we stopped support.I don't know the exact situation atm. because I never played mw2 or CoD games above cod5. The problem was, that there were 5 or more forks of alteriwnet. And every fork was incompatible to the other ones, so it's hard for us to support the whole game
