Create a "download" page that everybody can download all plugins, which includes tutorials and special forum post of it.
This is already done exactly as you suggest. It is just not open for public yet, as it will become public when the new version is released. We will no longer support any older versions then, as of a license change. -
Older post to "arhived forum". has interesting stuff...but almost 99% of links are dead.
We're focusing on finishing the new page at the moment. Features of the old forums are archived and no longer supported, that applies to the old plugins, too. Those plugin will get a new version at a later date. -

GeoIP Plugin has never offically been released by Mirko and was leaked.
It will not be supported until he decides to release a new version. -
There is no need for a register function as statistics are permanently saved for everyone if this is configured.

Are you using the IceOps-Serverfiles?
It won't work with the normal 1.7 Patch. -

You are missing the php-extensions "sockets" and "sqlite". You need to install them first. -

intern wurde das auch bereits angemerkt, ich konnte das aber nicht reproduzieren.
Hast du nach der Umstellung alle Cookies von unserer Domain entfernt? Das ist zwangsweise nötig.
Das Beta-Forum hat die selben Cookies verwendet, liegt aber auf einer anderen Subdomain.
