Custom command redirect to another server

First, welcome back on the internet

I have a question.
Is it possible to add a custom command to redirect to another server?

Like !deathrun
If a player type that command in chat he is redirect to, for example , a deathrun server.

I did this allready:

"dr": "tell <PLAYER:PID> ^1: ^2U are going redirected ; disconnect ; connect 178.33.*.*:28957",

This only show the pm message and that the command was succesfuly executed but nothing happens

PS, i removed the original ip because i dont want to advertise our ip here

Yeah.. i just realise that there is no rcon command to disconnect and reconnect (accept the kick).
