How to make MaM say....

im new to MaM, Mam forums , sorry for wrong posting ....

so i was sayin' that how i can make my mam say :
1: Welcome to >|SyN|< server. enjoy your Stay ! (when someone joins)
2: Recruitment is open..

Plus 1 other thing it will explain in picture..
