I updated to the new version 0.12 and set fastrcon = 1, but the mod is still working in the same speed as it did in the older versions.
Do i've to set up some other things, too?

fast rcon is only usefull if you have a server with a "rcon patch" or if you have a server with Severfiles by Iceops|Ninja
