Error RCON connection not valid...

Hi
I have set the right ip + port in config.cfg but manu says : Error RCON connection not valid...
The version is 11.5

probably your rcon is too short? i think 6 letters or 8 is min
or you have not allowed characters in it

It's not the matter because i tried both numbers and characters and even only one of them with 8 characters.
Still get this error.
