Statistics isn't working!

I running some MW2 server, but a few weeks ago stats stop working at all of it, display false stats.
I tried to reset the stats (replace the stats.db with the original), install many versions of pHp, install a clean manu admin, but the problem does not go away. If a new round was started, the stats reset for everyone.
It is interesting to when I tried a clean manu admin I saw at the beginning of each new round, the player greeting message for every players, manu things they joined at that time. I have not seen this before, it is disabled in the config on my own.

WAMP Server is running, I checked it.

Any suggestions? Please help and sorry 4 my bad english.

post your statistics part of your config.cfg

It worked well for several months, it stood for about 1 month, approximately since switched to the 4D1, because of alter down. I did not modify anything in the statistics, this code has worked well
