Need solution for Rcon Attack

Hi
My MANU is always on the attack by hackers and even firewall can't prevent it.
Is there any plugin or solution for that?
I have windows server 2008

1st they are no "hackers" they are scriptkiddys

2st what attack rcon flood? Password Bruteforce?

remove the rcon password out of the server.cfg, put it in the startscript, rename the startscript to something weird, turn off loggin before setting password like: +log 0 +set rcon_password askljd +log 1

that will stop most not even script kiddys as they dont do anything by themself.
