last part of install

hi,

i have installed the mod as the instructions say but i am stuck on 1 piece,

i am using vista if that makes a difference

step 4, start the mod,

when i click on "start batch" i have to download it so i do, open it
and run it but all it says while it is running is "the filename, directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect"

i have checked the server ip and port and rcon password and they are right
please advise

thats the bit im confused with?
i dont understand the path to go to, is it my folder on my pc or where i uploaded to or other.

i am really thick with things like this so please explain in detail

i cant right click so i have to download,edit test it. is that ok?
