I was a windows user, but now using linux mint 18.3 Sylvia Ubuntu Xenial Cinnamon (64-bit)

So now I'm having problem running mam_0.12_beta (Sorry for asking help for oldversion but "old is gold" they say ) I have installed php 5.6 by terminal. when I type $ php -v It says

It says

/home/test-user/MAM/daemon.sh: daemon.php: not found

If i run mam.sh

Nothing happens

If you say you need to download php files manualy.

Then is this php oky ? https://secure.php.net/get/php-5.6.30.tar.gz/from/a/mirror

And which file name to chose from manually downloaded file, to add in mam.cfg PHP= ? for windows I did php.exe but don't know about linux php

Since MAM 0.12 is the stable version currently
Then please make it for MAM 0.12

1.The plugin will read bad names from badnames.lst
2.Host can limit, after how many warns the player would be kicked

Where ? in mam + 6 ?

In many cases it seems that when a player joins if any bad name is in his nick then he is kicked but he doesn't know why was he kicked.
The connects and get kicked again and again.
1. Because he is a newbie
2. They doesn't catch the message because of lots of message [welcome msg, spree msg, banner ,player chat msg etc]
3. And also Fast kick after join with only one msg

I want warns to kick function [In MAM +7] so that hosts can limit how many warns after the player would be kicked for his bad name just like the bad words plugin
So it will be clear to them

This is one of the two reasons why I was unable to install MAM +6, other one is not compatible with Admin valid plugin
Now I'm stuck with MAM 0.12 beta
The same 100% thing happened to me

Its a simple task. There is no need of any configuration or any cmd. Just put the IWD file in the main folder of cod4 game
And if the plugin doesn't works, then it wont work for you, Seen hundreds of servers running this script without any prob

You need PHP to run MAM
So first of all download and install php. Where to download and how to install ? Read this http://www.manuadminmod.de/lexicon/index.…ng-PHP-Windows/
Its very easy. Have patience to read.

This guide is very complex LOL :biggrin: But do read it to know more about MAM

If its still not working then you have not installed it properly or the script was not loaded in game for any reason
