I know that you can use the banner for the server rules, but is there a command available which you can use to list all of the rules at once?
Just something like !rules which gives you some lines of text stating all the rules for the server?
Maybe also the possibility of having that visible everytime someone joins the server?
(maybe with a delay for map start so that it will not be repeated for every player joining the game)

Both are things that are logged so it should be possible right?

If this is possible, how can I do this? I run different configs on my server, normal, shotgun only and bolt action only and I would like to give the other admins the possibility to load the configs for this without giving them remote access to the server for restarting the mod with new settings.
I found the exec command, but is this for the mod config, or just the server config?
I also found a command for reloading the config, but it has no parameter, so only the default config is reloaded.
And is there a command to disable the random map/gametype option?
