Ok so I got a VPS and uploaded all of the manu admin files what do I do now?

Hey this is homeskilllet4! I have a server hosted by fragnet.net and I am wondering how to install manu admin mod! I have tried everything I could think of and I need a tutorial or some help installing it please! And by the way I don't have access to the pc that hosts the server! Thanks so much!
