Dude the problem is i was in another version manu admin mod 3 and was work !skip and in 5 was work now i dont know when i put !rules !skip doens't work

its not a plugin when i installed manuadmin mod the latest version and first worked now when installed 3 another plugins !skip doesn't work or reason: im master admin and i can't use command !skip?

when say !skip doesn't work and the bug is kicking players automatic + master admins and me
