It neccessary to use in admins.cfg exactly the same name, what I'm using in the game? What about color codes?

The GUID is OK, it is checked from multiple sources (HLSW, RconTool, !me)
I'm running only one MAM...I dont understand!

the mod has been restarted many times...
The mod says, that I have no permissions to use this mentioned admin commands...
!admintest
Then the mod says that I'm a normal player...Time and other common commands are working, but for ex. the setnextmap, kick, setgroup etc don't!

We are the owners of an MW2 server.
ManuAdmin mod (newest) is running perfectly (banners, nexmap etc.) but the admin functions are not working...
I generated an admins.cfg (1 master and few more admins) file here, and I uploaded to manuadmin/config folder.
Admin commands like !online, readconfig, kick don't working... Admins.cfg not been executed? This cfg file looks like this:
[00000myguid00000]
group = "master"
names = "myname"
protected = 1
What is the problem, and how can I solve it?
