Actually i Buyed A Game Server...I cant Rest All time.Isnt There ANy Other Way?

Recently I Started Using MAM In My Server Again ANd Need Some Helps:

1. How to Clear Warning For a Player( Restricted Weapons:Martyrdom,GL and RPG).After 3 Times of Warning Players Who are Breaking Rules Gets TempBan. Some OF Them Asks For Forgiveness and says To Clear Warning(Like B3).I want to KNow How to Clear Warnings...If Any Kind of Plugins Available..??

2. Its About TempBan/Kick...How to Change The Temp Ban Time..I mean For How LOng The Player Cant Join The Game..For How Long They Will be Kicked From The Server..
Do i Have to change Something Here ? (maxtempbantime = 1440 ) or somewhere else?

Before in my old computer i did had installed Mam 0.11.4 and it used to work fine..
But in my new computer when i am running the bat file its showing RCON connection not valid check weather bla bla bla..
Saw some previous threads but could not find appropriate answer or help..
I used default ip 127.0.0.1 and checked that i am having same Ip on both the files and checked for same password also..
But still the same problem..
And as well as i did changed what ever needed to be changed in Php files..
Anyway i am attaching my server.cfg as well as config file..

This is my Group.cfg file

Other than Admins,Players cant use commands..
Only People who are in admin Group can use the command,but player cant..not even a single commands they can..
Can anyone help how to fix it?

MAM can't add all Players to his Playerlist
if you type !pl he find not all players.
You should use !map_restart or change the map after starting the mod

ok i will try it..but after i start i do map_rotate on COD4 console..
i didnt tried map_restart...

3..This one i could not understand...But yesterday i could not find pupil player list who were in the server...
The Player name AEon ...Got kicked for using RPG..
his pl no. was 4 i think..But after 5 mins again he Joined..but that time i could not find his pl..i did !pl but it didnt showed his name on player list..same with some other persons too...

Added This to Fun command:

It shows :

this works fine for me...But other Players or Admins,users cant use it...when they type !rules they cant see anything...

NOT getting Warning for MARTYRDOM..

3rd Problem:

!pl showing the player list...
but after someone gets out or getting kicked Due to High Ping...the NUMBER does not shows...
like
if the player Me is on player list 4
after he gets kicked
Number 4 does not shows anymore... shows Number 1,2,3,5 in !pl..Number 4 misses...

yesterday with that guy his nick name did not worked...his name was [R.S]:amina_a ..i tried [R.S]..could not find...then full name..still could nt find him..so i need for the !pl..thank you...:D

the matter is that i added some command in Fun message...and that all works fine..
Today i need to kicked someone (his name was with difficult alphabet and characters)..
even tried to kick him from getting his correct name from mam Bat file...
But still could not kick him..
is there any command to find the player number or any thing other which can make more easy to get the exact player i want to warn or kick?
