yes im talking about modern warfare 2 alteriwnet server

there was a server called IG gamers something like that
the server was running manu admin mod
i was banned from there several times
and i saw the admin using !pb command and the player got permanetly ban
i wanted to ask about it but the server not active anymore

When i use command !ban its temporarily ban
same player can connect to the server again
i want to permanetly ban that the player cant connect untill i unban him

something like that: YOU-PERMANENTLY-BANNED-SERVER

how can i do !pb permanently ban player untill i unban them
i have tried uspb=1 but it dosent work why i try to !pb some one it aint do nothing
