your mod needs to be in the mods folder. only keep your server.cfg in the main folder.
Your mods folder game folder needs to contain a file games_mp.log (copy one from main folder if you do not have it)Restart your server
Restart manu and if all going right commands should work.Now the mod doesn't load???

How about make things easy for us and post your config.cfg, and post your line to where gams_mp.log is (ie, c:\program files....etc...etc...\main\games_mp.log.
Also, r you running normal an mod?
I have the same problem as the topic starter.My line in the config: logfile = "C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Modern Warfare 2 (server)\mods\z_rollthedice4\games_mp.log"
I'm running a mod, roll the dice (azumikkel's), that mod is located in my "main" folder.
