so i can ban people's ip?

I am trying to install 2 or more manu admin mods on 1 pc but i don't have a clue how i can do that.
Can somebody help me with this?

I have searched the forum but i can only find a deutsch post and i can't read deutsch.

My problem is that when i start manu admin mod on my home hosted game server it wil give this error:

mod.class.php:253 => Undefined index: scr_axis

I have already tried to install multiple diffirent php installations but none work.
I have followed the php installation part at de manuwiki but not working.
I have used :googleiyf: didn't find anything though.
Hope you guys can help me!
