This line is only a display error i wrote the wrong file name there, you can change it if u want but it's not necessary.

Do you have any newlines in admin_groups.txt? If yes remove them, that you have only 1 line

Are you sure the hash in admin_groups.txt is the md5 hash from your password? That could be the mistake.

entweder du deaktivierst die TCP-Console oder du installierst php_sockets -

You start the MaM and then the file will be generated.
After you edited the file you need to do !readconfig -
