Are you running promod? You have to run in custom_public, otherwise it forces g_logsync to 0.

Those are PHP functions. Do you know a rcon-command that can switch people? I don't, so there is no possibility to shuffle players.

The MAM has nothing to do with the game-functions. You would have to mod the game itself to influence the XP-Rate.

Your start.bat is completely messed up. Make sure to use a program, that shows linebreaks like they should be, like "Notepad++" or "PSPad". Re-Download the start.bat and edit it with another program.

Hast du denn die PB GUID mal als deine in der admins.cfg eingegeben? Normalerweise ist dies auch die richtige. Dass nur 8 Stellen angezeigt werden ist denke ich nicht normal, manu sollte hier auch einen Blick drauf werfen.
