Well i turned off the stats and that did the job for me, i tried fiddeling with the php and the extention, but it says i don't have a liberary.
Anyway the main goal was to have an ingame admin control for our server and we got that, so thanks for the help guys.

yes i have, see the log 
I was only able to find this in the ini:
[sqlite]
;sqlite.assoc_case = 0
changed it to:
[sqlite].
sqlite.assoc_case = 0
and just in case i put the dll in de adminmod folder, but it's still resarting after the bug.

thanks for the quick reply, i found this error:
PHP-Error: Warning in plugins\statistics.php:220 => dl(): Unable to load dynamic library './php_sqlite.dll' - The specified module could not be found.
now i assume this dll file is what i'm missing.
If so, i downloaded the dll from the net, but the question remains where to put it, is it supposed to be in my php folder or in the adminmod/plugins folder?

Thanks for the great mod, i installed it and works almost flawless.
There is one problem though.
The mod keep giving the welcome message after a few minutes and then restarts the map, then again, and again etc. etc, i get the first resart, but it keep doing it.
I got these settings displayed below:
antispam = 2
logrcon = 1
antistartupbug = "restart"
fixguidrelax = 1
