Is it right that stats aren't saved when they're all 0?

FOUND IT
Installed newest version of PHP with all extensions.
One of them was php_sqlite.dll.
I think that one did it

I can't get SQLite to work. I get the well-known error message when MAM tries to initialize stats.
I use PHP 5.3.0 (already had that installed).

php.ini:

[PHP_PDO_SQLITE]
extension=php_pdo_sqlite.dll
...
[PHP_SQLITE3]
extension=php_sqlite3.dll

How to get it to work??
