Then you did definatley not use the right php.exe.
Line 14 Error, as you call it, indicates that Name-Spaces are not supported,
and namespaces are not supported in php-versions below 5.3.

You got the wrong mam.cfg. Your mam.cfg is from 1.0.0, not from 0.12.
There is no game and no cfgdir but a configdir in 0.12. -
This is not pingkick file for 0.12 beta, that you have .......

Its the same as in 1.0.0. Check if the settings in mam.cfg are correct.
