On the Server PHP has to be installed to make MAM working.
If they cant install it, MAM cant run on the Server and so cant work.

No way. MAM need PHP to work. There is no WorkAround. You can only buy your own Root-Server.

Die Schrumpfung der FP kann ich mir nicht erklären, sowas kann ich mir nur durch Temp-Daten oder bei Vista vorstellen, was aber nie soviel verbrauchen sollte. Eine deutsche Version von MySQL gibt es meiner Meinung nach nicht.

MAM is a Mod like any else. And for any else Mods i dont pay, either. Why i should do for MAM!?

Should be possible but is not integrated yet. Might you write your own plugin for that.
