Help!!!!

Please explain your Question in a normal sentence i cant understand anything what you want.

I don't get what you want to tell us, because your english isn't the best, but I can tell you that the command "setrank" doesn't exist.

If you, or the admin or who else you ment, wants to move a player into an other group use the comman "setgroup".

In case the command "setrank" belongs to a plugin, the command has to be written into the "groups.cfg", to be executable by non-masteradmins.
