same as above be nice and ask if someone can code u a plugin. The welcomemessage only standalone AS Privatmessage OR not.

last but not the least, I have downloaded the !rules plugin but I didn't find any code in the plug-in's original thread which need to be placed in the config file, I mean usually a plugin has 3 parts [plugin.php + plugin.lst + code to insert in config file] So how do i configure it?
