[REQ] MW2 ban plugin

Since PB does not work with the AIW MW2 dedicated server, I was wondering if someone could create a plugin? My php just plain sucks. If possible, I would like it to be mysql so that the ban list can be shared between my servers. Something that is checked when you connect, if your guid is in the list youre immediately kicked. The ability to have a banned reason would be nice too. A message that scrolls on saying "Player ImaHacker BANNED for aimbot!" and maybe a message sent to the player saying "You are permanently banned from this server."

Yes, I know AIW has a banning system, I would just like to be able to ban someone from my server till they are added to the AIW ban list. The current tempban only last for one hour.

Well I am thinking it shouldnt be that difficult. It would just be a hybrid of the high ping kicker with the stats module. Create a mysql database like the stats module, check a persons xuid when they are connecting against the ban list, kick them if they are on it. Throw in a few messages like GTFO, and voila, we have a server ban plugin.

Im just very weak in php, but I know enough to be able to describe what I am looking for.
