Maps not changing

Hello. I just installed this wonderful mod tonight. It works fine on COD 4, but on COD 5, at the end of the map, it just sits there. I've disabled random maps for now to see if that fixes it, but is this a bug that you know about? It never happened before this mod.

I get this error, but only in COD: WaW, not COD4:

I looked up SQLite and downloaded the files but I have no idea how to install it.
