"le point d'entrée de procédure OCILobRead2 est introuvable dans la bibliothèque de liaisons dynamique OCI.dll"

Seems like a DLL File is missing or corrupt. Let's see what Manu say, ive got no knowledge in Windows.

Does the Mod work anyway?

Seems like a corrupt dll file of a plugin loaded by php.
Is it possible to add your php.ini as an attachment? Just put it in a rar/zip archive and add it to your post.
